
What is a “Little Free Pantry”? It is a collection point for members of the whole community to practice both giving and receiving needed food.
Who can donate to the Little Free Pantry? Anyone who has food to share!
How can I donate? Put donations directly into the Little Free Pantry on 6th Street side of the building, or donations can be dropped at the office during regular office hours, M-F 9am-3pm.
What type of food can be donated? Non-perishable, sealed & not outdated foods – full size and single servings.**
What type of food is most used and needed? Current needs:
Canned Fruit/Applesauce (full size and individual cups)
Pudding Cups
Oatmeal (individual packets)
Pasta/Rice/Sauces
Mac & Cheese/Soups/Microwave Meals (full size and individual cups)
Canned Meat (tuna, chicken)/Canned Beans
**Please, no pet foods** – if you have dog or cat food to donate, please give to the Emergency Food Pantry or Central Dakota Humane Society who can distribute those donations!
Anyone in need of more than a small meal provided by a Little Free Food Pantry can call “211” to be directed to full Food Pantry locations and times they are open!
