Chancel Choir – Includes members high school-aged through senior citizens and they are a dedicated group of people who sing for the joy of it, and for the purpose of bringing God’s message to the people of McCabe. September through May, the Chancel Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 and they sing during the 9:30 a.m. Sunday service.
Small Ensembles – Musicians of all talents are encouraged to present solos or small group pieces during the 9:30am Sunday service, and at any other services as needed.
Ignite Praise Band – Ignite comprises vocalists and instrumentalists who lead music for our 11:00 Non-Traditional Sunday morning worship service. Some Sundays there is a full band with keyboard, acoustic guitar, electric bass, drum set, and Congos; other Sundays, a smaller group leads. No matter the number, our Ignite Praise Band loves to draw people into worship with Spirit-filled music.
A handbell choir developed for high school students and adults of all ages, male or female. NO music or handbell-ringing experience is required to be a part of this unique group. Those who have musical abilities assist those who do not have musical abilities. The main goals of this group are to have fun, fellowship, and build our faith in Jesus Christ through ringing.
Rehearsals are Monday evenings, mid-August through April or May. Rings of Glory share their talents in regular church services and special services throughout the church year.
A handbell choir designed for 4th grade and higher. NO music or handbell-ringing experience is required. We will learn together. We ring to have fun and to the Glory of our Lord!
