Pastors

Rev. Karl Kroger

Appointed as the Lead Pastor of this church, my family and I moved to the Bismarck/Mandan area in June of 2020. We are living near one of the many beautiful parks, and we find ourselves neighbors to some of the sweetest people in the world. We’ve also discovered so many kind and generous people here at McCabe.

I see my role as stewarding the incredible spiritual formation that has already occurred in the people of this church and humbly and boldly journeying with them as a servant leader. Our purpose is to share and manifest the love of God with others in our communities and world. In other words, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

One of the ways I see that play out is through helping people live loved. I believe we all share a calling to help others discover and know they are dearly loved by God and to encourage persons to then live their lives in gracious and joyous response. I get the honor of championing that cause around here and mobilizing an incredible congregation, group of church leaders, and staff toward that aim.

We would love to get acquainted with you, answer any questions you might have, learn from you, or pray with you. We hope you will consider participating in our worship and in our other ministries. We desire for you to live into all of God’s dreams for you fully and the purposes God wants to accomplish through you.

Please email me at pastorkarl@mccabeumc.com – I would love to hear from you.
